We are committed to protecting our users’ privacy. Keeping secure the Personal Identification Information (defined below) that you share with us on the Site and ensuring your understanding of how we collect, use, and maintain your Personal Identification Information is important to us. This is doubly important since this Site is designed for and intended to be used by children. Given this fact, we intentionally limit the information that we do collect and store in order to avoid the collection or storage of Personal Identification Information about any user who may be under the age of 13.

We have designed Spley to offer video and other content that can be accessed via tablets, smartphones, connected TVs, or our website. This Privacy Policy covers any interaction with Spley, however you or your child chooses to access it. We continually assess new technology for protecting information and, when appropriate, we upgrade our information security systems.

Because of its importance and to make it easier for you to find and review it, we have made this Privacy Policy into a separate document on the Site. Bear in mind, however, that this document is a part of our agreement with you (the parent), and the terms and conditions contained in our Terms of Use describe how and when we may make changes to this Privacy Policy, and how it becomes binding upon you. We reserve the right to modify this Policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly as they will be bound by the changes once posted on the Site.
